Most software reviews on the internet are written for people running a fifty-person agency. They optimise for "scaling your sales motion" and "aligning cross-functional teams." If your team is one (you, your laptop, and the deadline you set yourself), almost none of that advice applies.

Get Stack Smart is a small, opinionated review site for one-person businesses. It exists because I needed it and could not find it.

How the affiliate links work

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. When you click through and sign up, the tool sometimes pays me a small commission at no extra cost to you. It keeps the lights on.

What it does not do is buy a recommendation. I do not write reviews of tools I have not used. If a tool's affiliate program is more generous than a competitor's, that does not move it up the list. The pros and cons box on each tool review is what I would say to a friend over coffee.
